Warm up
- Slow jog around dedicated area
- Short sprint down one side of area
- High knee's
- Lunge walk
- Open the gate / Close the gate
Main session
- First we will split everyone into pairs, they will number each other number 1 and number 2. i will tell all of the number 2's to go and get a ball, i will tell all of the number 1's to stand inside of a circle and all of the 2's to stand on the outside, ball in hand. The 2's will throw the ball at different hights and then the 1's have to control ball with different parts of their bodies and pass it back to their partners . SWAP
- After this i will get all of the 1's to stand in the middle of the circle with the ball, and then they will dribble the ball around the circle avoiding other players and they will pass it to one of the 2's on the outside and get the ball passed back.
